Get ready for a unique musical experience, as Bach meets BeBop at the Vancouver Playhouse! Featuring the VSOSoM’s two advanced string orchestras Sinfonietta & Intermezzo performing with a trio of  great Canadian jazz artists Miles Black; Jodi Proznick & Jesse Cahill, as well as guest vocalists, this concert pays homage to classical giant Bach in its first half, before celebrating standard and modern classics of the jazz genre in the second half.

A must for music lovers of every sort, bring the whole family and enjoy the beautiful synergy of strings and jazz.
