For almost 40 years, Vancouver-based musician Jeremy Price has built a reputation as a jazz flute specialist in Canada. His voice, nurtured by a devotion to the jazz flute tradition, speaks the language of straight-ahead jazz with Brasilian and Latin sensibilities nurtured from several Hugh Fraser led Banff Centre Jazz Orchestra editions, seasoned with further musical associations with Paul Horn, Hendrik Meurkens, Attila Fias, Pablo Cardenas, and others, and recently reuniting with mentor and Canadian flute icon Bill McBirnie appearing as Two Many Flutes.
