Saxophonist John Nicholson recently returned home to Vancouver after five years in Toronto, where he earned a masters degree in jazz performance from the University of Toronto and made a name for himself as a side musician with his versatility and lyrical style. He has worked with major stars and recorded many commercials, video game soundtracks, and albums of varying genres. Joined by top jazz talents Jodi Proznick and Bill Coon, John will be presenting an evening of lesser-known American Songbook favourites.
