Local trumpeter Julian Borkowski is excited to present an exuberant, swinging and entirely original set including music written to be debuted at this year’s Jazz at the Bolt. While undertaking graduate studies at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR, Borkowski nevertheless quickly became one of the most talked about young instrumentalists on the Vancouver scene, leading bands multiple times both at Frankie’s Jazz Club and for Infidels Jazz in recent years.
